Tivoli A/S, the popular Danish company and owner of the newly launched TivoliCasino.dk has announced that it has become the latest internet gambling operator to take Microgaming’s QuickFire online casino gaming suite on board in order to provide its innovative games for their launch into the newly regulated Danish online gaming market.
Tivoli A/S is also the owner of the renowned Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen and was the second ever land based casino licensee to obtain online licensing status through the Danish internet gambling regulatory authority. This has led to Tivoli A/S expanding its operations of more than 450 slots and gaming arcade machines and going live with TivoliCasino.dk.
According to a spokesman for Tivoli Casino.dk, QuickFire already has a very well established presence in the Scandinavian market and they are hoping to build on the company’s special position in Denmark.
Head of Gaming at Tivoli Casino, Lars Dam-Johnsen, said that QuickFire was the natural choice for an operator entering the recently regulated Danish market such as them selves. He added that with QuickFire’s expansive experience in other Scandinavian markets and its growing portfolio of games, they are certain that QuickFire, powered by Microgaming, will attract many new players to TivoliCasino.dk and that it will continue to satisfy them well into the future.
A spokesperson for QuickFire, Ashley Sandyford-Sykes, said that they are very excited that TivoliCasino.dk has chosen QuickFire for its launch into the Danish online market. Sandyford-Sykes added that QuickFire, powered by Microgaming, is the perfect choice for a brand as well established and respected as Tivoli, and that after two weeks of going live, their gaming content is already very popular with Danish players.
